HOW TO NOMINATE SOMEONE FOR THE NAUGHTY OR NICE LISTS.
1) Purchase a Serial Number (Code) by making a donation through the Bentleyville Store.
2) Your Serial Number (Code) will show in your order confirmation, and also be e-mailed to you. Copy/Paste it, or JOT IT DOWN.
3) Go to the Naughty List Submission page, and fill out the form, including the Serial Number you just purchased.
4) Once the nominee has been contacted and they give their OK, their first and last names will appear on the Naughty List, with their city and state.
NOTE:
Serial numbers can only be used ONE TIME.
Your donation is tax deductible.
Donations are non-refundable, even if your nominee refuses to be on the list.
