Requesting Donations for Fundraising Events

Bentleyville’s Community Support

Bentleyville Tour of Lights is proud to support nonprofit organizations and community causes that serve children and families. As part of our commitment to giving back, we offer in-kind donations to qualifying events and fundraisers throughout the year.

Due to the high volume of donation requests, all requests must be submitted through this form. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee a donation.

Please review the following guidelines

Due to the high number of requests we receive, we limit the number of donations fulfilled each month. If your request is approved, you will be notified by email and your donation will be mailed or arranged for pickup.

The requesting organization must be a registered nonprofit.

The event or program must benefit children, families, or the local community.

Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date.

We accept one request per organization per calendar year.
