Ever wonder what it takes to transform Bayfront Festival Park into Bentleyville? It takes an incredible team of volunteers who spend thousands of hours bringing the magic to life. From hanging lights to setting up displays, every helping hand makes a difference.
Set Up Begins In…
Join the Bentleyville team on the first day of set up, September 26th, 2026, at 8:30 AM. Coffee and donuts will be provided in the morning, and lunch will be served in the afternoon!
Join the Bentleyville Volunteer Team!
Volunteers must be 16+ (or attend with a parent/guardian). All skill levels are welcome! Volunteers will work under the guidance of Bentleyville team leaders.

Building the Displays
Volunteers help assemble and arrange the light displays, making sure each one is carefully placed.
Building Tunnels
Volunteers assist in constructing tunnels. This includes assembling frames, attaching lights, and ensuring the tunnels are secure.
Setting up the store
Volunteers help set up the Bentleyville store, organizing merchandise & stocking shelves.
Painting
Volunteers assist with painting various props and decorations to help bring the Bentleyville displays back to life.
Unloading Trailers
Volunteers help unload materials and display items from trailers, including light displays, steel, and other event equipment.
Preparing Lights
Volunteers help untangle, test, and organize strands of lights, ensuring they’re working properly.
